P&R Sheetmetal uses three Auto-Sert AS-7.5 Auto Touch Insertion Presses. This model is regarded as being one of the best insert machines of its type in the world.

Fastener Library

Program Management allows operator to save up 1,000 jobs by number and description.

Uniform Hydraulic Pressure, whith no variation in pressure from heat build-up. This allows hardware to be installed uniformly in thin, soft sheetmetal parts.

Fastener and batch counters keep track of the amount of inserts, resulting in improved quality control, as the operator is alerted to hardware forgotten in parts.

The built in Dwell Timer is excellent for adding inserts into stainless steel parts, as time is allowed for material flow to form a stronger clinch with the insert.

A safety system internally monitored by a micro-controller allows the operator to work faster with confidence.

The machine's Quick Change Tooling System requires minimal tools for tooling change, saving time and money.
